I designed a modular and highly intuitive UI that allowed teams to track multiple projects on a single screen without extra clicks. The core focus was on immediate visibility of crucial information. By placing project timelines, upcoming events, and recent updates front and center, I significantly reduced the number of clicks and improved workflow efficiency.
The new interface successfully boosted team productivity and communication by providing at-a-glance project status, which made the workday more organized and seamless.
