The brand's customer base was diverse but heavily skewed towards an older demographic (40-65) who were accustomed to ordering by phone. The goal was to shift these habits towards online sales by offering a seamless digital experience that was both visually appealing and easy to use.

I integrated the brand’s colors throughout the site and focused on making the food visuals as appetizing as possible. I created a user-friendly product detail page with clear information on production and quality, and a quick-purchase flow to encourage online.
The new, user-friendly website and simplified purchase process successfully encouraged customers to shift their buying habits from phone orders to online sales, leading to a significant increase in e-commerce revenue.
